Real Madras 12 vs Bristol FC 0!!!!
Team: Ola in goal, swifty, rich abs, matt, les, jimmer and mart
A fantastic result last night against top of the table. The fact we got 12 with no reply is un-heard off but that said everyone played well and with Ola in goal we looked a lot more solid. 9pm kick off next week against the team below us so a 6 pointer! come on...

vs Cotswool Leg-Ends (Home) Sunday 9th Oct 2011
Real Wood 1 vs 3 Cotswool Leg-Ends (Home)
10:30 kick off Sunday 9th Oct 2011 @ Frys, Keynsham
A fine but blustery day saw us compete well but eventually lose out to a bizarre own goal. A finely taken first half goal put Cotswool ahead but an excellent through ball from Swifty was efficiently despatched by Jimmer to equal the score at half time. The wind picked up after the break and the Cotswool midfield enjoyed a lot of good possession although we put together several useful attacks down both flanks. However a bizarre ricochet off Young Mark's shoulder from a goaline clearance by Tim put Cotswool ahead. The score stayed at 1-2 until the last attack when Cotswool put the result beyond doubt with a breakaway goal.
There were many positives in defeat however; some excellent debuts as Paul Mac, Matt A, Raja and Kyle had their first outings in the sexy black kit that makes it all worthwhile. Our back four looked accomplished and another fine performance by Tim earned him the man of the match award almost unanymously dropping only a couple of votes to Swifty and Matt A. Paul Mac showed us what a fine footballer he is and Tony demonstrated that, when he hasn't just played 120 minutes for Retreads, he's very swift up front. Definitely a good performance and a good turnout to boot - onwards and upwards.
